Account & Access

• How do I log in to the app?

You log in with your phone number and receive a verification code via text message.

• I forgot my password. What should I do?

Log in with your phone number and you’ll receive a verification code via text message. Follow the steps in the app to regain access. Didn’t receive a code? Check that your phone number is entered correctly or contact support.

• Why can’t I access the app?

Access to the Maxicon HR app is managed by your employer. Contact your internal HR representative.

Leave

• How do I request leave?

Go to the leave section in the app, select your desired dates, and submit your request.

• How can I view my remaining leave?

Your remaining leave is visible in the overview within the app.

• Why was my leave request denied?

Your request is reviewed by your employer. Contact your manager or HR for more information.

Documents

• Where can I find my pay stubs and documents?

Your documents are available in the documents module of the app.

• How do I download a document?

Open the desired document and select the download.

Technical Issues

• The app isn’t working or keeps crashing. What should I do?

First, try the following:

1. Close and reopen the app
2. Check your internet connection
3. Update the app to the latest version
4. Restart your device

Is the problem still occurring? If so, please contact support.

• I can’t log in. What should I do?

Check that your phone number is entered correctly and request a new verification code. If this doesn’t work, contact your employer or our support team.

The Maxicon HR app is available exclusively to employees of companies that partner with Maxicon. Access is granted through your employer.
